While we will review every application, we will provide no work to a service provider until certain steps are taken. Before beginning work:

1. All MSC paperwork is completed including application and W9
2. Standard background check completed
3. Job references reviewed
4. Copies of your liability insurance with Majestik Surface Corporation
listed and auto insurance received.
